What kind of menu file do I need to prepare?
Whatever you already have is usually enough. You can send a PDF, menu photos, screenshots, a spreadsheet, a document, or a link to your current menu.
Is hardware included?
Yes. Tablet and printer hardware are included, along with in-person installation and setup.
What kind of website is included?
A simple launch website is included to help your restaurant establish a clean online presence and connect customers to your direct ordering page. More advanced branding or custom website work can be quoted separately.
Can I start with only online ordering?
Yes. That is how most restaurants start. You can begin with the core ordering system, which includes coupons and promotions on Starter, and add loyalty, digital gift cards, or email tools later.
Do you help install the tablet and printer?
Yes. In-person installation is included within our service area, and our current launch promotion waives the standard $100 installation fee.
Is this better for pickup or delivery?

What are digital gift cards?
Customers can purchase gift cards online, receive them digitally, and register them to their account for future use.
What is included in email marketing foundation?

What if I need more email sending volume?

What support do you provide?
General support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PT, with responses within 1 business day. Critical order-flow and hardware-related issues receive priority support 365 days a year.
How does pricing work?
Regular list pricing is $69 per month with no commitment for Starter, $129 for Growth, and $229 for Premium. On an annual plan (12-month commitment, billed monthly), regular rates are $65 per month for Starter, $119 for Growth, and $199 for Premium. Full details are in the pricing section above.
